Schedule Refresh data from SSAS

Using the Power BI Desktop application, i have imported data(not live connection) from SSAS.  I then pubish the dataset to PowerBI on the web.  When i go to refresh the data, i need to set the authentication, but the "Authentication Method"  drop down box is blank(see pic below).   Is refreshing(not live connection) SSAS through the Personal gateway supported?  Or can you only do a live connection?

Yes I'm having the same problem - let us know when this is fixed as it is a showstopper for us as all our data is sourced form SSAS Tabular models.

Hi,

This is not yet a supported data source and we are working on enabling it. So, why does it not show up as not supported - because of a known bug that fails to detect AS as an unsupported data source. Apologize for the incovenience. We are actively working on fixing the issue.
