Morning all,
I have my model set up with a few connections, the main of which connects to a sql server on Azure. The model refreshes correctly on my desktop, but when I upload to Power BI Online, the settings for SQL are changed from database authentication to windows and the credentials are lost. When I update them in Power BI online, they don't save. Anyone else experiencing this same issue?
I've seen similar issues to this off and on since Power BI was released and have experienced myself personally, particularly early on with SharePoint credentials. I would use the smiley icon in the Service to send a "frowny face" to support and explain what you are experiencing.
If you have recently started exploring Fabric, we'd love to hear how it's going. Your feedback can help with product improvements.
A new Power BI DataViz World Championship is coming this June! Don't miss out on submitting your entry.
