I have data in a table where I need to move one column to become the column headers (in this case designation)
Userid | designation | value |
A | Firstname | Peter |
A | Lastname | Brown |
A | Role | Teamleader |
B | Firstname | Mary |
B | Lastname | Bloggs |
B | Role | CEO |
C | Firstname | John |
C | Lastname | Smith |
C | Role | Manager |
So the end result becomes like this
Userid | Firstname | Lastname | Role |
A | Peter | Brown | Teamleader |
B | Mary | Bloggs | CEO |
C | John | Smith | Manager |
Can anyone help with the powerquery to acheive this please?
