Hi
I'm retrieving a couple of columns from a SSAS (SQL Server 2012) : Work Order Id and Execution Date.
When I try it in excel, the result looks ok but when I try it in PBI Desktop I obtain an unexpected output: each Work Order ID is assigned with each possible date in the range include in Execution Date column.
PBI Desktop
Excel
I'm freaking out ¿Anyone solves this problem?
Thanks!
@Anonymous,
Do you use import mode in Power BI Desktop to connect to SSAS? If so, please use "Connect Live" mode instead to connect to SSAS, this way, you will get same result as that in Excel.

Lydia
Ouch!, the SQL Server version that the company uses, doesn't allow live connections but thanks for your comments
@Anonymous,
You can upgrade SSAS and then use live connection.

Lydia
I'm sorry but the solution wasn't tested yet so I can't accept it as ok.
Still waiting for the IT department.
Thanks, I will ask to IT support for this solution.
