Retaining and Displaying Data from Multiple company in Power BI from QuickBooks

integrating data from multiple schools in QuickBooks Online using Power BI. Here's the step-by-step process I've been following:

  1. Get Data: Navigate to "Get Data."
  2. Online Services: Select "Online Services."
  3. QuickBooks Online (Beta): Choose "QuickBooks Online (Beta)" and click "Connect."
  4. Login: A login pop-up appears. I log in using the client's details.
  5. Schools Displayed: After logging in, all the schools associated with the client's QuickBooks account are displayed.
  6. Selecting a School: When I select School A, it loads the data only for School A.
  7. Loading Another School: To include data for School B, I have to repeat the process.
  8. Issue: The problem is that when I select School B, the data for School A is removed, and only School B's data remains loaded.

I need to find a way to load and integrate data from multiple schools simultaneously without having to repeat the process and lose previously loaded data.group.png

To include data for School B, I have to repeat the process.

Are you modifying the existing query or are you creating a separate query?  Do you use different logins for each school?

modifying the existing query and using one single login for each school , thanks

Create a second query and then compare the code. Then create a list of schools and harvest the data for each using what you learned.
