Reset Recovery Key

We have a running on-prem enterprise gateway that was set up by an employee that is no longer with the company, and we have no idea what the recovery key is.  I want to reset the recovery key so we can maintain it, but I don't see anywhere in the on-prem service or from the cloud interface where I can do that.  Anyone know how we can reset this key?

Hi @gregchristopher，

As far as I know, there is no method to reset the recovery key. In your scenario, you would need to ask the employee what is the recovery key and then use the recovery key to move or restore a gateway.

Alternatively, you can install another new gateway.
