I have a problem where i cannot restrict a report from displaying two lines per record even if i try and restrict it in the filters. i know its related to the specific date value because if i take it out i only get one line.
Im using an AX2009 database. The date value is stored in SMMACTIVITIES and the Job No is held in PROJTABLE and you have to go via the SMMACTIVITYPARENTLINK table to create the join. In SMMACTIVITIES there are two Purposes for each job (Survey and Install) hence the one to many link.
In the Filter i have said "Purpose is not Survey" so i would have thought it would ignore all the Survey ones and display the install ones.
But what is happening is that im getting the Install ENDDATETIME line and then a second line which i think is from the Survey Purpose - see 01234800-00949661-SR
Any ideas on how i can fix this please?
Hi @craigL01
