Repeating tasks over all individual sources in a Sharepoint Folder?

Hello!

I'm completely new to the world of PowerBI and PQ and have been working on a project at work. 

Pulling uniformly formatted excel data from a shared folder into PQ, the suggested parameters have helped understand how it functions but has issues on some excel files.

To do it manually, I need to remove the top X rows and bottom Y rows of each excel source file.

My problem is when I pull the raw excel sheets, it concatenates them and I don't know how to perform actions per source rather than the data as a whole.
