Remove 2nd Header In Power Query Editor

I have a yearly report that I am working on. It pulls a list of any construction projects that are located on a hurricane evacuation route. The problem is that the data I am connecting to is somehow adding an extra header row halfway through the data. Is there a simple way to remove this? I initally just removed that specific row, but there is no guarantee that the 2nd header will be in the same row next year when I run the report and I don't want it to delete information that is needed. The first picture below is the header at the top of the data that I want to keep; 2nd picture is row 22 and is a duplicate header.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Potential simple fix would be to filter Contract ID to exclude "Contract ID" as I doubt you'll have an ID of that and if it starts to appear multiple times (guessing your source data has it across multiple pages or something) as you data grows it will remove every occurance of "Contract ID".

= Table.SelectRows(#"Changed Type", each ([Contract ID] <> " Contract ID"))

I have been working in Power Query Editor for a little over a year now (by no means an expert) and I am upset that I did not think of this. Thank you for simplifying it for me! I guess I was just overthinking it.
