Relative Path

I'm trying to use a relative path and for some reason it's giving an error.

Here is what I have followed by the error. I think the issue is at the red arrow, but I'm guessing. No matter what I do I either get that error or if I move the "device" portion from the query and add it to the relative path I get the second error which goes on for a few pages of issues. Seems like either I'm missing the concept of relative path completely or missing a simple syntax issue.

you probably need some sort of quotes around the secondary search term, otherwise the = signs conflict.

Also note that Query should contain ALL query parameters.  RelativePath should stop before the ?

Is there someplace you would recommend as a reference for syntax like this or in general for Power Query?
