Does someone know what below relationship means with the strange arrows at the end?

This symbols represent a limited or a weak relationship.

As @Anonymous mentions, it indicates a limited/weak relationship.

 

I just wanted to point out that I don't think they are intended to be arrows but more like a gap in the relationship like this:
