Refresh and upload INTO Oracle

I need to refresh Oracle data and then upload the data INTO Oracle.

So download Oracle data, refresh it and upload into Oracle. I cannot find any data/tutorials to upload into Oracle, only the other way areount. Is it possible? If so, how?

Power Query was never designed to write data back into data sources.  There are accidental ways to do it (bad queries, for example) but the results will not be deterministic.

Power BI as a whole is still very much a one way street.  For the full roundtrip use proper ETL tools like SSIS , or Power Automate or PowerApps.
