Reading large number of files from sharepoint folder in batch mode

I have a sharepoint folder from which I have to import files into PowerQuery.

There are large number of files - about 3000 and sharepoint throttles the requests.

How can I change my power-query to fetch these in BATCH mode.? Something that will help to read files sequentially and spread the process over time, so that I don't face the throttling problem. I can't change anything on the Sharepoint side, I have to manage this on power query side.
