Can you do some sort of Lookup Value in Power Query instead of using like a DAX code to create a table from just the report view?
To do a lookup in Power Query use:
LookupTable{[KeyColumn = "SomeValue"]}[DesiredColumn]
Add a ? to the end if the lookup may fail (in which case you get null)
Hi @Anonymous,
There is no simple way to get data back from the report/visual to Power Query (or at least this is very mcuh limited as now we have parametes that can be fed to the PQ model). Generally, this is one way lane. But if you know what you need there may be a way to process data in PQ to get the result that you want.
Kind regards,
John
