I have a following structure:
Folder 1
A.xlsx
A2.xlsx
B.xlsx
Folder 2
A.xlsx
A2.xlsx
B.xlsx
Folder 3 and so on...
I am only interested in A and A2. xlsx.
I have a query from folder that gets me filepaths. In next step I call a function that queries A.xlsx and A2.xlsx in Folder 1.
I have to create separate .pbix file for each folder this way.
Is there a way to make PBI query A and A2 from all folders?
Also, since query for A and A2 results in about 10-20k rows how efficent would it really be to run this for 50-70 folders? Could PBI Desktop even manage it? It works fine for one folder.

Power BI desktop can handle this in one pbix file. Can you please add your scripts here and we can help you modify them for the expected result.
