Query for multiple txt files with all data in one column

Using PAD I can extract data from docx to txt files, because later I want to build a database from that.

All txt files have data in multiple lines in one column. The problem is, Power Query combines data and I when I transpose it, it creates one record instead of many. Each txt file should be a record.

Is there a way to split the data between each file into different row?

Thanks

Hi @Bartbobbrt

How do you read the txt files? In a folder? Can you add a custom column to transpose prior to combine the tables? Removed all the other columns to see it clearly

 Table.AddColumn(#"Removed Columns", "Custom", each Table.Transpose( Table.FromColumns({Lines.FromBinary(([Content]), null, null, 65001)})))
