Query Editor missing in August 2020 Update (2.84.461.0)
I just updated from Power BI Desktop Version: December 2018 2.65.5313.841 64-bit
to Power BI Desktop Version: August 2020 Update (2.84.461.0)
and I don't see query editor anymore. What am I missing or doing wrong?
It is in the Transform Data button. A lot has changed since Dec 2018. You should keep relatively up to date. 2-3 months old isn't huge, but 2 years is not good at all. You can run into compatibility issues with the service or gateways.
By the way, the current version is as pictured below. Yours is a few weeks old and there have been minor bug fixes since then.
