QVD

Is there any simple way to import QVD into the Power BI? 

We store QVD files , as they less than csv and can be used for speed load into QlikView

@rookie QVD files are specific to QlickView. Looks like you can transform the file into a txt file, at which point you could link to that easily from Power BI. Post I was reading - here

Yes, it's an obvious solution. But some modern ETL instruments (for example http://easymorph.com/ ) already support qvd and tde files.  It's very sad that Power BI hasn't this capability.
