Hi @mariliao 

Do you have many types of data source in one power bi desktop file?

If so and you merge or append data from many different data sources into one table in Power BI,

Please check the "privacy level setting" for each table or data source both in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

To refresh power bi report from power bi service which holds many different data sources, please add each on-premise data sources under the gateway and provide correct credentials for all.
