One of the PBI pro license we subscribed was assigned and activated half year ago, but why when log in the account is indicated PPU trial ???
Hi @BCPoweBI ,
This could be because you have unintentionally opted for the Premium Per User (PPU) trial, which is a separate feature from the Pro license. The PPU trial gives you access to some additional features that are only available with a Premium capacity, such as XMLA endpoints, AI capabilities, and larger model sizes. The PPU trial lasts for 60 days, and after that, you will need to purchase a PPU license if you want to continue using those features. If you are not using any of the PPU features, then you don’t need to worry about purchasing a PPU license. You can still use your Pro license as usual. For more information about the PPU trial and the differences between PPU, please refer to this article: Power BI Premium Per User - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Hi v-yanjiang
We have bought and assigned our Pro license before we first time login to PBI web account which is mean we never signed up any free trial account as this is the 3rd license we bought.
We felt very suprised why our account indicated "PPU trial" when we login to our web account.
Thank you!
