Privacy Levels - Always ignore Privacy Level

Hi there,

I am scraping excel files in a folder, using Power Query (in excel). This folder comes from a SharePoint site folder that contains extremly many files, and it takes very long time to filter and scrap this folder that I am intersted in (and crashing excel). I have therefore made a workaround where I use a synced folder. The problem is that there are many users that should be able to do this, so I have made a list in the excel file of intials that dynamically finds the local path for every user. But when I do this I am using two datasources, the local folder and the table within the excel file itself. Power Query does not allow me do this unless I change the privacy level to Always ignore privacy level. This works fine until another user opens the file, then he has to change the privacy level again, and when I open it after him I have to change the privacy level again. Is there a better workaround for this problem or am I doing this wrong?
