I’m trying to prep this data the best way in Power Query so I can create Power Pivot to analyze the data in the following ways:

Total Minutes per hour of all clocked in employs minus breaks by location and day or week

I include sample screenshot

Hi, @Syndicate_Admin ;

 1. In power BI desktop you could connect folder.

Combine files (binaries) in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

2.then load in
But  i dont kown what  the columns you want to use?

Or you connect excel to the row, and then merge the tables, but don't know which columns you want to use, which column do you put on the X axis and Y axis of your column chart?
