Power query tip (Excel merged data)

Good day All, 

I have something to solve today, appreciate your advises if any: 

1) I have excel file where first colum has links to other sources to get correct name of descritions. Result cells are merged: 

ITEM1	RESULT	RESULT	RESULT
DESCRIPTION 1
ITEM2	RESULT	RESULT	RESULT
DESCRIPTION 2

2) Power BI quesry will unmerge things and will it look like that 

ITEM1	RESULT	RESULT	RESULT
DESCRIPTION 1	null	null	null
ITEM2	RESULT	RESULT	RESULT
DESRCrIPTION 2	null	null	null

Since I'm useing lots of simiar structure files, I'm looking for tip how to repeat RESULT from ITEM 1 to DECCRITIPTION 1 for every line wich is originaly merged.
