Power Query

Hi, I have been trying to load a dataset in Power Query but I am unable to load complete dataset. It,s showing List may be incomplete, even after clicking on load more it,s not working.

Hi @S_SP ,

Thank you for the @ZhangKun  solution. I would like to contribute further by adding a few more points to enhance the existing solution.

The issue you're referring to is about filter display limits (like Excel's 10,000-item limit). However, if the problem is Power Query not showing enough rows in the preview, you can try this.

  1. Open Power BI Desktop.
  2. Go to File - Options and settings -  Options.
  3. Under Current File, select Data Load.
  4. Enable "Allow data previews to download in the background".
  5. Click OK, restart Power BI, and check if the issue is resolved.

This helps increase the number of rows loaded in Power Query preview, which might be causing the issue.

You seem to be talking about Filter. There is a limit to the items that can be displayed in the Filter, just like the Filter in Excel can display up to 10,000 items.
