Power Query Web Connector - Keep Historic Data

Is it possible to keep the data from a web page that is no longer present in the table?

Example:
Table with 30 rows with public data. Table refreshes every 5 minutes. Rows at the bottom of table will be replaced with the rows above as new data comes in. 

Anyway to keep this in Dataverse?
