Need help with Nested IF AND OR Statement

Consider the query below it returns no syntax error have been detected but shows error in the query editor.

You are probably seeing this error. Click to the right of one of the Error hyperlinks to see the error. You can't string the < expressions together like that. You'll need to add another 'and'.
