Power Query Dataflow Issue running fine for a year

Any hints as to what would cause this? flow running fine for over a year

 

Should I just re-create the dataflow?

 

I have another dataflow process same file just fine same rules? very strange. no changes to dataflow in a year.

screenshot is unreadable.  Was that a legacy dataflow?
