Hello - When creating the Power BI visual list from SharePoint, not all of my columns are appearing only those found in the default view. Is there a way to change this on the Power BI side to display all columns even if hidden.
Hi Christine! I connected directly via the Integrate > Visualize the list on SharePoint. I use a Mac and are unable to use PowerBi Desktop since it is not offered as an app.
How are you connecting right now? If you're using the button in the SharePoint toolbar, it is very limited in what it provides. If you connect directly to the list using PBI Desktop and the SP Online List connector instead, you can get any/all the data (use the 1.0 connector if you have more than 5000 list items).

Hmm, the desktop app is really the best place to do this. I think you can also create a dataset in the browser in Fabric now, but I'm not sure if you have the licensing required for that or not? Fabric is a premium tier--
