Hello dears,
I have set up my dashboard in Power BI and data source is from PostreSQL database. I have multiple tables and my set up is mixed ( Import and Direct Query). All tables except one table which is import is not being refreshed and receiving the below error
" PostgreSQL: Exception while reading from stream"
Could you please help me to solve this problem?
For tables that received the error, did they have other error messages in Power Query Editor?
Did you try querying data from the same database source with other client tools? This can help check whether this error would only happen in Power BI Desktop or would happen in other tools too.
If you refresh a single table at a time in Power BI Desktop, will this error happen? You can right click a table in Data pane and select Refresh data option to refresh a selected table.
Best Regards,
Jing
I am facing the same error. The tables did not have any error in the Power Query editor. Same when querying with other tables. Also, when refreshing a single table, mostly no error pops up.
