Possibility to populate like "Validation message". in PowerBi service

At the time of execution of the Report in PowerBi service, is there any possibility to populate like "Validation message".

Hi, @Anonymous 

When you sign in to your powerbi account, your organization and environment are already determined. You can only view or operate reports for which you have permission. So what do you want to know? Permissions issue?

RLS can control who can see specific content of the report:
