Percentages

I am fairly  new to Power BI and would like to try and set up a table showing a percentage between a target figure and an actual total.   I presume I will have to create a new column and then add a Dax formula.  I'd be grateful if someone might know what forumula to use.  I have tried various ones from other queries on the forum, but just get an error message.  Many thanks!

@Anonymous Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
