Pass Utilization

Hi Power Experts,

I am new to Power Bi. I would like to seek helps on a Pie Chart creation to understand a utilization rate of a pass. Eg: Used Passes vs Unused passes.

For the pass availability, Class 1 and Class 2 are generating 3 Passes every day, a total of 6 passes per day.

My database is an active Sharepoint List to capture approved pass applications. From the list, it only captures used passes.

Hence, I only have the list of used passes. How could I obtain the number of unused passes for comparison?
