PDF file Corrupted

Hi Team,

Good morning,

I have used the power query to import PDF files to excel with similar consistent table format to transform data suitable for import in accounting system to save time. I have used this over the past few months but recently when I try to import multiple PDF files from the folder it gave me error message displayed below.
I can open PDF invoices in chrome, edge explorer without any problem and is greatly surprised to see this error.

Could you please assit in solving this problem

Thank you in advance

Antonio

Hi @Antozas

Has the way the PDF's are being created changed?  Perhaps the way they are being created now has introduced some non-standard element in the file that is causing PBI to think it's corrupted?

Are you able to import any of the files into PBI?  Have you tried importing a few, or just one by one (not all of them, just to test)?

Phil

I guess the obvious question is, have you checked for a corrupted PDF?

If you are importing multiple PDF's then you might have one that is actually corrupted.  Have you checked all of the PDF's in the folder you are importing from?
