PBI doesn't match Exchange Mail Inbox count

I've used PBI EXCHANGE API to connect to my inbox (Outlook Office 365) to get my e-mails, but the total numbers don't match. Do you know why? I also have tryied to split my inbox in smaller folders, but it doesn't match in the three folders. 

I've been trying to resolve this for the last day, I've to do a report about those e-mails. 

I don't have Excel 2016 to use power query/vba. I do need to use PBI.
