Outlook read receipts in Power BI

Hi everyone!!!

I would like to make a report to track my outlook read receipt messages.

I have successfully connected my email account to Power BI through Microsoft Exchange but when I get all data I cannot see the read recepits I have in my inbox email.

These are not messages, just read recepits but I cant see in the outlook app that they are in the inbox folder but I cannot get them in PowerBI, only the messages.

Hi @jmmariscal ,

Try to find if there is a folder named "\Sync Issues\Conflicts\" in Power BI. Based on my test, what you want is there.

Thanks for your reply.

It doesn't work, read recepits are not in that folder.
