Oracle FCCS Connection to Power BI

I have a client who is trying to connect Oracle FCCS to Power BI and we have not been able to establish a connection. Has anyone tried connecting Oracle FCCS or another oracle product to Power BI? Any suggestions on how to make this work?

Hi @Anonymous 

You can connect to Oracle Service Cloud to Microsoft Power BI via REST API or an ODBC driver.

As searched, i don't find any documents regarding FCCS, but there are some similar ones desered to refer to.
