I have datasets created from One Drive - Business files. However, they are not refreshing. When I look at the error, it says the following.
"We are having trouble accessing your file on OneDrive for Business. It appears your password may have changed or expired. Please sign out and sign back in to Power BI."
I have logged out of Office 365 and logged back in, but it is not resolving the problem
Hi @christym,
Do you use same account to sign into Power BI and OneDrive for Business? If so, have you checked that if the password of this account is expired?
In addition, do you directly connect to files on OneDrive for Business from Power BI Service? If that is the case, please connect to files from Power BI Desktop firstly, then put the Power BI Desktop file(PBIX file) into OneDrive for Business, and connect to the PBIX file from Power BI Service and check if any errors occur during refresh process.
Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
@v-yuezhe-msft I am able to log into Power BI and OneDrive fine, so I assume the password isn't expired.
Yes, I was connective from the Power BI web version. I just downloaded Power BI Desktop (haven't previously used). My reports and dashboards are not visible there - how would I get them?
Hi @christym,
You would need to recreate reports in Power BI Desktop, then you can upload reports to Power BI Service.
Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
