Hi @hongho2

You should do it like this:

NewDate = each if[#"Backlog[Ship Date]"]=null then [#"Delivery Date[Delivery Date]"] else [#"Backlog[Ship Date]"]

Hi @hongho2 ,

You're trying to use DAX code in Power Query, which works on M code. It's also not so easy to reference across different tables (queries) as it is in DAX using relationships.

I would recommend using the code you're attempting within a DAX Measure in Desktop as it will be significantly more efficient than recreating the relationship behaviour within Power Query.
