New SSAS Connector Error

we have installed the new SSAS connector and apparently while authenticating with Azure active directory something goes wrong and it fails with error. The old (Preview) connector is working fine. Is there someone else having same issue and any possible resolution?

Can you clarify a couple things. Do you have the old "preview" connector running from a different machine, and are trying to download the SSAS connector to a new machine?

What is the error you are getting?

I had the old preview connector on my machine which i uninstalled and downloaded the new connector. The installation went fine but when it tries to authenticate with Azure AD it fails with the error. I then uninstalled the new connector and installed back the old one everything went fine. See below the error
