New Column Populated by Lookup

Hello,

I am looking to populate a new column ('Ref Run Data' column) by looking up a value from the 'Run Run ID' column.

For example, the reference run for runs 2 & 3 is run 1 (populated in the 'Ref Run ID' column). For these runs I would like to populate the 'Run Data' from run 1 into the 'Ref Run Data' column for runs 2 & 3. For all of the runs following I would like to have the 'Ref Run Data' column populate dynaically just like this depending on what the reference run is.
