Needed to change my Institutional account to my personal account for My access to Power BI.

Dear sir/madame, How to change my current Institutional account to my personal account (i.e., '@gmail.com'?   It is urgent because my Institutional account will be deleted soon.  Kindly advise.  Thank you.

Hi @Parooj ,

Power BI requires that you use a work or school email address. You can't sign up or purchase using email addresses provided by consumer email services or telecommunication providers.
Sign up or purchase the Power BI service as an individual - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Before any changes, ensure you have backed up or exported all necessary data from your institutional account. This might include files, reports, or any other critical information you wish to retain.

Additional Considerations:
1. Ensure you have the right to transfer any data or reports from your institutional account to a personal account, as this may involve sensitive or proprietary information.

2. Consider how changing accounts might affect any shared reports or collaboration with colleagues. You may need to re-share reports from your new personal account.
