Need help creating a metric based on this query

I have this query that was provided to me by customer, customer wants me to use this query create a metric in power BI and then use it in visuals but i am not so sure how to go about it in power BI. any suggestions  will be appreciated.

(flag = 0 and siteid = ' wolfgang' and status = 'INPRG') and
