Move specific rows to columns

I would appreciate your help please.

'Full Name', 'Notify Date' and 'Response Date' are currently in rows as shown in 'Current'. I want to transfer those specific rows into column titles and display data beneath as shown in 'Preferred outcome'

Ignore this, I found a solution by adding delimeters and adding columns extracting data by delimeters and seperating columns. Thank you 🙂

Hi, it is possible to transform it, but I would strongly advise you to adjust rather the entry format because there is a good chance, that in future with more data there will be an error.

Data is csv download, so I managed to find a solution using delimeters and add columns. Thank you 🙂
