Modify a column of Table objects without adding a new column

Hi, a somewhat general question here:

Can I remove a column from a list of tables without adding a custom column?

I have a list of tables from a sharepoint site and I want to remove the default sharepoint "Title" field from each of those tables.

What I normally do is add a step in which I write

let
    Source = Sharepoint.Tables("https://mysharepointsite",[ApiVersion=15]),
    #"Added Custom" = Table.AddColumn(Source, "Custom", each Table.RemoveColumns([Items],"Title")),
    #"Removed Columns"  = Table.RemoveColumns(#"Added Custom",{"Items"})
in
#"Removed Columns"

But do I really have to add a custom column then remove the other one?  Is there a syntax where I can just modify the list of tables more directly?

Hi @one_eon ,
you should be able to do it like so:

let
    Source = Sharepoint.Tables("https://mysharepointsite",[ApiVersion=15]),
    OneStep = Table.TransformColumns(Source,{{"Items", Table.RemoveColumns(_,"Title"), type table}})
in
    OneStep
