Good day.

I'm in Lab 7 Exercise 1 and get this message: We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided

I use VPN to connect in my work. Does that matter.  I have no knowledge in computer technology, so I have to get a very specific instruction.

This stop me in conclude this seminar.
