Merged Queries Fails

I've got a Product table and a Customer table.

Product Table:

ProductID    Product
01Microwave
02Television
03Phone
......

Customer Table:

CustomerID    Name    ProductID    Region
A 02SE
BLinda SW
CChristopher    07NE
............

I perform the following power query M steps:

  1. "Merged Queries" take the Product table and perform a Left Outer JOIN with the Customer table, with "ProductID" as the key.
  2. Expand the Customer table, deselect "use table name as prefix", only expand the "CustomerID" and "Name" columns.

When I perform step #2 I get the error:

Expression.Error: The 'offset' argument is out of range.
Details:
3

What can I do to fix this issue?

It ended up being a blank value, I filtered out blanks and the problem went away.

Hello @calcstuff. I tried replicating it with the minimal dataset it provided me and worked for me. Can you please provide the full M code?

This is what my final table looks like

It would be great if you can provide some more context,

Thanks,
