Hello
My doubt is that I am bringing some data like these:
And in the power query editor I wanted to know if it is possible to transform them like this:
It is very easy to do it in a PivotTable but I need to bring it to the PowerBi tables in this format
Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous ,
You can pivot the column in the Power Query Editor.
Here's the solution.
1.Select the MES column and then click 'Pivot Column'.
2.Set up as follows, then click OK.
3.Here's the results.
Your question was about Power Query and I moved the post to the Power Query forum for you. Next time if you encounter a problem in Power Query, posting in the correct forum can help you solve it faster.

@Syndicate_Admin , Looking at what you posted, not able to get logic. I would not advice data to be broken like that.
use Matrix visual

Or refer this way
