Mailchimp Recaptcha display

Hello, I am unable to connect to Mailchimp because the recaptcha code will not display.  Does anyone have any suggestions on this one?  I've tried current versions of google chrome and internet explorer with no luck.

Hi @stevereoch I know this reply is very late. Since the Mailchimp service pack was deprecated, you would have to look for another way. As a workaround, maybe you can use a 3rd party connector, it can save you a lot of time compared to other options. I've tried windsor.ai, supermetrics and funnel.io. I stayed with windsor because it is much cheaper so just to let you know other options

I am able to connect to Mailchimp content pack in Power BI Service by using Chrome or Internet Explorer 11.

Based on my research, the above error could be due to :
1. Compatibility Mode settings in Browser
2. JavaScript disabled in the browser
3. Some installed plugins conflicting with recaptcha
4. Unstable network

Please check compatibility mode settings following Seth’s suggestion in this similar thread, make sure you enable JavaScript and increase internet speed, then check if the issue still persists. In addition, as the issue is more related to recaptcha, I would recommend you post the question in the recaptcha forum to get dedicated support.
