MTTR in hours and minutes

How can I calculate the Mean Time Taken to Repair in hours and minutes. The machine failure date and time  is Request_Date_in_LTime and the repaired date and time is in First_Solved_To_Verify_Date_in_LTime. Suppose the machine failure was reported on the 1st of June, Repairs were done on the 3rd of June and the 2nd of June was a bank holiday (non working day). How should I exclude the holiday from the calculations. How can this be resolved by creating new measures of writing Python code.
