Load files from folder - different column names and number of columns

Hi all,
I need to load from folder 10 different excel files, then append the same sheet name "Sheet2" from each file. The problem I have is that from file 1 to file 10 the column names inside "Sheet2" are changing, some cols are common, some are new across the files (min 150- max 250 columns ). I'd like to display the entire set of columns, and populate each row with the content per col. from original file (so keep source as a column name also), or null when that col. name is not found inside a particular file.

I load the files form folder but notice that the output is only 150 columns, which may be the columns that are found in all files...

Can you please help?
Thanks,
Mihnea
